IMPACT FOR
Customers who cannot use the regular fixed-route bus/light rail service due to a disability may qualify for Access-a-Ride shared-ride services.
ACCESS-A-RIDE CUSTOMERS
WHAT IS THE NEW FARE STRUCTURE?
Using customer and community feedback, RTD has created a new fare structure.

The new structure lowers fares for all customers and simplifies the fare structure by combining Local and Regional fares while maintaining an Airport fare.
Highlights of the New Fare Structure
Under the new fare structure,
-
Access-a-Ride customers travel on all current Local and Regional routes with the
Standard fare ($4.50) -
Access-a-Ride customers pay an Airport fare ($19) for trips that begin or end at
Denver International Airport -
Access-a-Ride customers purchasing 6-Ride Ticket Books pay $27
-
For the first time, Access-a-Ride customers who qualify for and enroll in the LiVE Income-Based Discount Program are eligible to receive Discount fares. Discount fares further reduce the price of Access-a-Ride services to $2.25 for the Standard fare (all Local and Regional routes), $9.50 to and from the airport, and $13.50 for 6-Ride Ticket Books
